Scope and quotation
Every project begins with a written scope and a fixed quotation. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Payments and Easy Pay
Projects begin after the first payment. Easy Pay schedules of 3 or 6 payments carry no hidden charges, and remaining payments are due on the agreed dates.
Timelines
Delivery timelines start once content, logo and approvals are received. Delays in client feedback extend the timeline accordingly.
Ownership
On final payment, ownership of the domain, hosting account, source code and content is transferred to you.
Support and maintenance
Support duration is stated in your package. Support covers fixes, minor updates and guidance; new features are quoted separately.
Client responsibilities
You confirm you own or are licensed to use all content, images and trademarks supplied to us for the project.
